At Quartet Senior Living the Receptionist is the first point of contact for our residents, family members, visitors and vendors. In this crucial role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, while demonstrating strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine commitment to patient care, these are essential qualities for this position. This position is Part-Time, Monday-Friday from 4:30pm-8:30pm.
Position Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for answering the telephone and professionally greeting visitors and assisting residents with their questions or needs while maintaining the resident’s rights to confidentiality.
